📋 Description

• Coordinate and prioritize all field-force activities centrally • Set objectives and ensure clear alignment, effective handovers, and execution excellence in the field • Define and optimize the Route-to-Market strategy, including channel strategy, market coverage, and service model • Set objectives for national and regional field-force activities in coordination with National Key Account, Regional Field Force Manager, Perfect Store Management, and merchandising agencies • Monitor execution quality, quantity, delivery, timing, coverage, effectiveness, and implementation risks • Steer execution by adjusting priorities, resources, capacities, communication, and alignment • Revise the Route-to-Market contact and coverage model, including territory allocation, and continuously measure and track KPIs • Continuously review and improve optimization measures supporting field-force effectiveness • Provide results-oriented, performance-driven leadership and foster the Activity and Route-to-Market team

🎯 Requirements

• Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet oder gleichwertige einschlägige Berufserfahrung (mindestens 10 Jahre) • Mindestens 8 Jahre Vertriebserfahrung: Regionales Kundenmanagement oder Erfahrung im Innendienst, idealerweise mit Erfahrungen im Außendienst • Erfahrung in Personalführung • Shopper und Trade-Marketing Kenntnisse • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Kundenentwicklung und -planung • Gute Zahlenaffinität und analytische Fähigkeiten • Überzeugungskraft und Verhandlungsgeschick • Offen um Veränderungsprozesse zu treiben und mitzugestalten • Gute Englischkenntnisse • Sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse, einschließlich MS Office • Führerschein der Klasse B
