• Deliver agreed Regional KPI's & activity targets through SDE direct reports. • Conduct coaching & development of SDE direct reports to ensure continuous improvement and to build motivation & engagement. • Create & foster a high performing team. • Be an active and vocal member of the Divisional Management team. • Work cross functionally to define objectives & best for business solutions. • Work with Divisional BDE to maximise delivery of KPI's in your region. • Ensure best in class systems and processes are in place and that direct reports are able to manage the day to day sales operations by using these systems deliver the business targets. • Plan, run and contribute to Regional Manager contact meetings.
