📋 Description

• Lead Digital Money Transfer solutions, owning strategy, product roadmap, and capabilities for send and receive money experiences • Scale smarter, faster, and safer digital money transfer across markets and surfaces • Develop MoneyGram Online web and app foundations while enabling new experiments, features, and services • Define money transfer strategy using customer research, data analysis, competitive landscape, and insights • Develop a customer- and performance-data-grounded product roadmap • Design, run, and measure experiments to improve money transfer flows by segment, use case, and market • Own product performance metrics including end-to-end conversion, retention, and engagement by geography and customer segment • Support cross-surface orchestration across web, app, CRM, and agent channels • Coordinate with product, engineering, analytics, design, marketing, operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders • Connect customer insights, business needs, and technical feasibility • Drive measurable outcomes while building long-term product and platform foundations

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of product management experience, ideally focused on remittances, money movement or consumer fintech products • Proven success in launching new product solutions, product enhancements and experimentation with cross functional partners • Strong analytical skills and ability to work across messy data and proxy signals • Experience working on systems with high compliance, operational, or fraud considerations • Comfortable with ambiguous problem spaces and able to move from zero-to-one with clarity and momentum • Ability to zoom in and out from customer experience details to long-term roadmap vision • Excellent communication and collaboration across engineering, marketing, analytics, and operations
