📋 Description

• Take accountability for delivery across squad(s) • Collaborate with the Technical Lead and Product Manager • Foster a high bar for engineering excellence • Lead a group of around 7-10 engineers • Partner with senior engineers to drive technical initiatives • Communicate with stakeholders to create focus space for engineers • Collaborate with the wider engineering organization

🎯 Requirements

• Strong technical and delivery background as an engineering manager • Previous experience as a software engineer • Ability to operate with ambiguous problem areas • Experience working in an experimentation led environment is a bonus • Guide squads in achieving their outcomes • Focus on outcomes over processes • Understand and challenge engineering decisions while empowering teams • Knowledge of high-performing engineering team standards • Coaching people to achieve their goals • Ability to inspire and motivate teams

• Base salary for this role is £110,500 - £145,000 + stock options + benefits • Learning budget of £1,000 a year for books, training courses and conferences • Flexible working hours
