📋 Description

• Administer employee changes in People systems • Manage benefit sign-up and opt-out administration • Issue contractual change letters • Manage the offboarding process • Issue employment and regulatory references • Support monthly payroll compilation and checking and help with pay queries • Manage caregiver leave and other leave processes • Answer general People queries • Provide guidance on People policies, procedures and ways of working • Manage mandatory training and support Learning & Development administration and logistics • Support processes across multiple EU countries • Carry out audit checks within core People processes • Conduct regular data audits • Audit critical documentation such as right-to-work documents, employment contracts and options certificates • Design scalable People Operations workflows • Support system migrations and identify automation and process improvement opportunities • Produce and improve documentation for People processes • Support People Partners, Advisors, Reward squad, Hiring squad and other People-wide projects

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with HRIS implementations and workflow design • Experience supporting system migrations • Strong understanding of People Operations requirements • Ability to adapt processes to new systems • Ability to identify opportunities to improve and streamline ways of working • Automation-first mindset, including use of AI or workflow automation • Strong prioritisation skills • Strong attention to detail • Strong communication skills • Experience supporting People Operations processes across Spain, Italy, France or Poland is a plus, not required
