📋 Description

• Maintain Monzo’s public-facing website, monzo.com • Ensure the website scales for international expansion • Build and maintain the component library • Maintain the content management system • Work closely with the Product Manager and cross-discipline peers • Identify and scope opportunities for impactful projects • Contribute to every stage of the product development lifecycle • Own development of new features from start to finish • Collaborate with engineers to scope and build functionality supporting new frontend features

🎯 Requirements

• Experience developing modern component-oriented JavaScript applications • Experience with frameworks and libraries such as React, Vue, Angular, Flow/TypeScript, and Webpack • Interest in building performant, secure, scalable web experiences • Ability to design and build user-friendly UI • Ability to use dashboards, metrics, and impact analysis to make decisions and recommendations • Experience working in a large front-end codebase with many stakeholders • Understanding of prioritisation, development velocity, and code quality • Willingness to learn and share knowledge • No specific degree required; the team includes non-graduates and graduates
