• ACA / ACCA (or equivalent) qualified • Proven experience managing a client portfolio of similar size and complexity • Strong nonprofit audit experience • Good working knowledge of UK auditing and accounting standards • Technically strong with a high level of attention to detail • Strong organisational and time management skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Proactive, adaptable and able to use initiative • Ability to lead, motivate and develop others • Commercial awareness and an interest in business development
