📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate a portfolio of strategic business and transformation projects • Manage project interdependencies across global functions and business units • Establish and maintain project governance, reporting frameworks and controls • Provide clear updates to executive stakeholders on progress, risks and priorities • Directly manage selected high-profile projects where additional leadership is required • Coach and support project leaders to improve delivery outcomes • Track budgets, forecasts and benefits realisation across key initiatives • Work with Finance and business sponsors to ensure projects remain aligned to approved business cases • Facilitate decision-making and help remove obstacles to delivery • Drive continuous improvement in project management standards, tools and ways of working

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience leading complex, multi-workstream programmes within a multinational organisation • Track record of delivering strategic projects across transformation, operations, M&A, technology, innovation or capital investment • Experience managing project portfolios involving multiple stakeholders, functions and geographies • Strong programme governance and project delivery expertise • Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to influence at senior leadership level • Financial awareness and experience managing budgets, forecasts and benefits tracking • Experience working in manufacturing, engineering, industrial or technology-led businesses • Collaborative and pragmatic approach • Confidence to challenge constructively when needed • Strong organisation, attention to detail and ability to remain effective when priorities shift • Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, MSP or equivalent would be advantageous
