📋 Description

• Own analysis shaping product and marketing decisions, including channel performance, acquisition cost, conversion, and customer booking and retention behaviour • Analyze marketing attribution models by blending click-level data with modelled credit for untracked bookings • Build and ship intermediate dbt models • Own experiment analysis end to end, including test sizing, result interpretation, and communicating conclusions • Build reporting in Hex and improve self-serve analytics • Define and document business metrics • Use AI tools throughout the work and help shape an AI-first data team

🎯 Requirements

• Strong SQL and hands-on production experience with a cloud warehouse; Snowflake ideally, or BigQuery or Redshift • Solid dbt experience, including incremental models, tests, macros, and project structuring • Experience with web tracking instrumentation and collection • Hands-on Segment experience and ownership of clickstream event schemas • Confident Python, including ingestion, orchestration, and service code • Experience with a modern orchestrator such as Dagster, Airflow, or Prefect, including retries, backfills, and freshness • Infrastructure-as-code and cloud fundamentals • AWS with CDK or Terraform ideally • Ability to deploy and debug infrastructure • Deep comfort working with AI tools; MCP experience is especially interesting • Strong multitasking and project skills • Ability to work independently in a remote team • Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage priorities
