📋 Description

• Conduct outreach to priority accounts across assigned regions • Conduct and report on project debrief meetings • Build and maintain relationships with clients in geotechnical and environmental sectors • Create regional client newsletters and coordinate demonstrations or courses • Represent ConeTec at conferences, workshops, and association events • Support Regional Managers with project follow-ups and BD planning • Track BD activities in Salesforce or dashboards • Schedule and coordinate client capability presentations • Shadow RMs/BD team for the first 60 days to learn content and delivery • Help maintain and tailor capability decks with marketing • Communicate ConeTec’s services at a high level • Attend local and regional industry events

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or Geology • Experience working in civil engineering, geotechnical or geology industries preferred • Ability to communicate with industry clients/engineers • Industry field experience preferred • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
