📋 Description

• Sales activities and revenue responsibility • Customer care and relationship management • Quotation and contract negotiations • Market and competitor analysis • Reporting and documentation • Collaboration with internal interfaces • Representation and presentations at trade shows, industry events and conferences

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree (e.g., Associate Degree) or an equivalent qualification from a two-year college or university • Professional experience in field sales or key account management, ideally in the motorcycle, powersports or automotive industry • Strong negotiation skills, especially in pricing and dealer agreements • Confident use of CRM and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) • Very good English skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage for international markets • Basic understanding of marketing activities to support promotions and dealer campaigns • Willingness to travel frequently for dealer visits, trade shows and events • Sales mentality: motivated, structured, independent, customer-oriented, results- and solution-focused, communicative, resilient, eager to learn • Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments
