📋 Description

• You're not only responsible for media buying but act as a strategic advisor to our clients. • You know how to integrate traditional TV planning with the digital video world and use data to provide solid, evidence-based arguments. • You develop cross-channel video strategies (Total Video). • You proactively decide on the optimal media mix and shift budgets based on data. • You translate complex Excel analyses and performance data into compelling presentations. • You deliver clear recommended actions that our clients understand and get excited about. • You use market tools for optimization and critically evaluate performance metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: You have at least 4+ years of solid experience in strategic and operational TV/video planning (agency or client side). • Analytical excellence: You love numbers and structure. Concepts such as net reach, GRP, affinity, marginal returns and incremental reach are your tools. • Tools & platforms: You know common planning tools (AGF/Video Insights, Excel) inside out and ideally have experience with modern measurement approaches like aeos or BI tools (Looker/Power BI). • Team spirit: Collaborative, open, constructive—with enthusiasm for achieving impact together. • Mindset: Curious, solution-oriented, and happy to take ownership of your accounts and budgets. • Positive vibes: You're eager to contribute new ideas and help shape our company culture.
