📋 Description

• Review and modernise the existing Zoho architecture • Replace historic workarounds with simpler native functionality • Improve workflows, automation and integrations • Make the CRM more intuitive for staff • Improve the design and user experience of forms • Create better digital journeys for clients and suppliers • Develop and improve integrations with GitHub, Microsoft Azure and WordPress • Work with APIs and Zoho development tools, including Deluge and Creator • Improve reporting, analytics and information flow between applications • Identify opportunities to simplify processes • Explore practical AI applications for decision-making, information interpretation, workflow improvement and client/supplier support • Influence the development of the company's business systems and technology

🎯 Requirements

• Technical ability, curiosity and capacity to learn • Experience with Zoho, Deluge, APIs, GitHub, Azure, WordPress, integrations or AI development would be useful • Ability to understand business problems before engineering solutions • Ability to learn new platforms and technologies quickly • Ability to challenge existing processes constructively • Ability to find simple solutions to complicated problems • Ability to work independently and take ownership • Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly to non-technical colleagues • Ability to balance innovation with reliability and long-term maintainability
