📋 Description

• Produce business requirements to inform future-state design • Support teams in understanding requirements and their linkages to overall domain strategy • Build, manage and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and third-party suppliers across multiple franchises and functions • Take responsibility for team outcomes in identifying and delivering systems, solutions and features • Capture, validate and document functional and finance requirements • Provide challenge and assurance throughout solution design, testing and implementation • Interact with customers, key stakeholders, external vendors and the team to document functional and non-functional needs • Support the LoanIQ Upgrade and SGL Simplification initiatives • Ensure solutions maintain appropriate accounting controls, reconciliation integrity and operational requirements • Analyse existing system documentation and summarise system functionality • Support identification of team priorities based on feedback from customers, stakeholders and the team

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive understanding of all stages of the product or service life cycle within Complex Lending • In-depth, hands-on experience of the current technology landscape, particularly LoanIQ and downstream interfaces, including SGL, Murex, MiVAL, Bancware, GRDW, Loan Pricer and TLM • Experience as a Business Analyst with a background in accounting and reconciliation • Understanding of downstream financial reporting • Experience applying business analysis tools and techniques in a technology environment • Experience using Jira, Confluence and Blueworks • Experience providing finance-focused business analysis and subject matter expertise across LoanIQ change • Experience assessing impacts to SGL, accounting flows, reconciliations and downstream finance processes • Experience analysing end-to-end LoanIQ interfaces and data transformations • Ability to identify dependencies, risks and downstream impacts from platform, configuration and data changes • Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to peers and management-level colleagues • Experience working with external vendors to deliver solutions against key milestones • Good collaboration and stakeholder management skills • Proven track record managing multiple stakeholders and driving positive outcomes aligned with strategic objectives
