📋 Description

• Drive the vision and delivery of high-impact features within customer due diligence and financial crime, from initial design to launch • Create the vision for the product area and act as the go-to person for its roadmap • Collaborate with design and engineering to prototype and validate feasible solutions that solve customer friction • Take full ownership of the product area's strategy to solve customer and business problems • Translate complex business and technical needs into actionable user stories • Use qualitative data and customer insights to prioritise the backlog • Collaborate with stakeholders, balance business priorities, and communicate the product area roadmap • Uphold product governance with a focus on risk management and regulatory compliance • Ensure features are viable, usable, and feasible throughout the product lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building and shipping products, preferably in banking or financial services • Practical experience navigating financial crime and customer due diligence requirements within a regulated environment • Ability to identify operational and customer needs and solve complex problems • Ability to conduct customer research, map customer journeys, and identify opportunities • Proven experience in digital product discovery, delivery, and operations • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders • Technical background with fundamental understanding of product, software development, and UX • Understanding of technologies across mobile, web, and APIs • Enthusiasm for exploring new challenges and working across a broad scope
