📋 Description

• Develop and communicate the strategic north star and product vision • Deliver product roadmaps that grow market share and enter public, private, and international markets • Conduct product, technology, market, and competitor research • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new products and features • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle and value narrative • Deliver value iteratively in frequently releasable increments • Build customer and user relationships and represent their needs • Apply user-centred design to improve user, patient, and customer journeys • Organise and lead customer and user engagement and feedback sessions • Define and track product KPIs aligned to business-unit OKRs • Assess and manage third-party solutions and strategic fit • Own, manage, and prioritise the product backlog • Manage demand intake, requirements gathering, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Coordinate delivery and releases of scalable, quality, interoperable solutions • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers • Improve team ways of working, delivery predictability, quality, and efficiency • Create and maintain product collateral for communications, sales, marketing, and implementation teams • Track and improve product-team ROI, revenues, and costs • Author business cases for executive audiences • Enable sales through collateral, training, and prospect-pitch support • Mentor and coach product managers and product owners • Foster an inclusive, psychologically safe team environment and support direct reports

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional leadership, communication, influence, and presentation skills • Self-starter and autonomous worker • User/customer-obsessed approach • Problem-solving and option-creation skills • Exceptional time-management and organisational skills • Adaptability and resilience in an ever-changing landscape • Proven SaaS Product Manager experience with demonstrable value delivered • Experience delivering AI/data products • Experience working with AI to improve efficiency and with AI-enabled development teams • Experience across agile, scaled agile, and waterfall delivery • Healthcare-sector experience • Familiarity with product-management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Aha! • Experience scaling a product internationally • No particular qualifications are mandatory; degree level or equivalent certifications in product, project management, business, or technical disciplines are advantageous • Pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK; documentary evidence required • Ability to obtain UK Security Clearance • Satisfactory vetting and reference checks
