📋 Description

• Act as a subject matter expert in XDR, web proxying and security analytics • Deliver security-related projects that protect the Bank and its customers • Work at domain level to ensure robust security is considered throughout the project lifecycle and through support • Guide projects from shaping and requirements capture through design, delivery and in-service adoption • Collaborate with feature teams and participate in story refinement, sprint planning and retrospectives • Encourage innovation and strategic thinking around security technology developments • Base decisions on robust data, return on investment and value measures • Identify ideas and drive initiatives that reduce cost and simplify the bank • Build and leverage relationships with colleagues across the bank and third parties • Ensure decisions are commercially focused and create long-term value for the bank

🎯 Requirements

• Experience and knowledge of technology security controls within the security technology specialism • Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile team • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business-focused outcomes and recommendations • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence and collaborate across the organisation • Strong technical knowledge of cloud, network and infrastructure security, including development pipelines and security analytics • Knowledge and understanding of the legal, regulatory and risk environment applicable to financial services and technology security • Experience designing and delivering security infrastructure or security services • Exposure to web proxy, XDR, SIEM, and enterprise logging and monitoring technologies
