📋 Description

• Align scope with delivery capacity, ensuring that teams are working optimally • Own the PoS Lending product plan and track progress • Report delivery progress at all levels of the organization • Apply specialist technical knowledge for influencing product solutions • Support Product Managers' business case for resource prioritization • Ensure business readiness across all functions and suppliers • Document product plans and specifications appropriately • Track delivery progress versus milestones • Log and track risks and mitigation, recommend solutions • Work with Engineering teams to maintain high standards of product quality

🎯 Requirements

• Strong industry understanding of delivering Point of Sale (PoS) or ePoS finance systems • First-hand experience of successful launch(es) for a product in the required specialist area • Strong understanding of Agile product development, including tooling, such as Jira & Confluence • Ability to independently establish and manage RAID logs • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, white-labelled front-end applications, system integrations, and microservices architectures • Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Operations, Commercial, and Risk
