📋 Description

• Help uncover opportunities and trends in hospital spend data • Drive and develop insights for NHS customers • Engage with customers, proactively sharing new opportunities • Provide new views of customer data and promote service/offering • Develop bespoke customer analytics reports and define the narrative behind the analysis • Respond to customer issues/needs and participate in customer meetings • Work with external marketing team for newsletters and sales materials

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in a similar role with a good understanding of data and have worked with large, complex data sets • Excellent problem-solving skills • Excellent MS skills (specifically in Excel/VBA) • Experience with Snowflake, DBT • Excellent client/customer engagement and relationship management skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience of creating analysis/outputs for clients and can confidently present these to clients • Strong collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams • Desirable: An understanding of the NHS, and how data is processed • Experience in procurement within a healthcare setting
