📋 Description

• Own and communicate the strategic vision and product narrative • Deliver roadmaps that grow market share and enter new public, private, and international markets • Conduct product, technology, market, and competitor research • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new products and features • Own the product lifecycle, balancing system health, delivery commitments, and innovation • Deliver value iteratively through frequently releasable increments • Build customer and user relationships and represent their needs within the product team • Apply user-centred design to improve user, patient, and customer journeys • Lead customer and user engagement and feedback sessions • Define and track product KPIs aligned with business-unit OKRs • Assess third-party solutions for value for money and strategic fit • Own and prioritise the product backlog • Manage demand intake, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Coordinate quality product delivery, releases, and related communications • Manage stakeholder and customer relationships • Improve team ways of working, predictability, quality, efficiency, and effectiveness • Create and maintain product collateral for communications, sales, marketing, and implementation teams • Track and improve product return on investment with finance and sales • Author business cases for executive audiences • Enable sales through collateral, training, and pitch support • Assess, negotiate, and manage third-party solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional written, in-person, and online communication and presentation skills • Self-starter able to work autonomously • User/customer-focused mindset • Problem-solving and option-creation skills • Exceptional time-management and organisational skills • Adaptable and resilient in a changing environment • Proven SaaS product management experience with demonstrable value delivered • Experience delivering AI/data products • Experience using AI to improve efficiency and working with AI-enabled development teams • Experience across agile, scaled agile, and waterfall delivery • Healthcare-sector experience • Familiarity with product management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Aha! • Experience scaling a product internationally • Degree level or equivalent certifications in product, project management, business, or technical disciplines advantageous but not mandatory • Pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK; documentary evidence required • Satisfactory vetting and reference checks • Ability to obtain UK Security Clearance / role requires UK Security Clearance
