• Own and drive new business sales across your assigned territory • Take over and progress selected in-flight opportunities while building new pipeline • Manage the full sales cycle: account planning, qualification, value positioning, proposal, negotiation, and close • Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships, including C-level • Lead complex deal cycles and coordinate internal teams (pre-sales, product, partners) • Leverage the partner ecosystem to drive pipeline and support deal execution • Negotiate and close enterprise agreements • Maintain pipeline discipline and forecast accuracy
• Proven enterprise software sales experience (3+ years) • Strong hunter mindset with a track record in new business generation • Experience selling complex solutions with long sales cycles • Background in Financial Crime (AML, Fraud, KYC) • Comfortable engaging C-level and senior stakeholders • Strong deal orchestration and stakeholder management skills • Experience with contract negotiation and closing • Ability to ramp quickly and impact pipeline within the first months • Comfortable operating across multi-country territories in Europe • Based in UK, Netherlands, Germany, or Spain (remote) • Willingness to travel across the region (~2 trips per month)
