• Drive growth in NVIDIA-managed Cisco EMEA channel business through partner development, enablement, pipeline acceleration, and strategic business initiatives • Build and complete joint business growth plans with Cisco partner networks • Develop and scale enablement programs for Cisco channel teams and partners to position, sell, and attach NVIDIA platforms, solutions, and technologies • Identify growth opportunities, accelerate pipeline creation, and improve partner engagement across EMEA • Implement regional programs connecting Cisco sellers, channel partners, distributors, and NVIDIA teams • Support go-to-market activities that increase awareness, demand generation, and sales readiness for NVIDIA solutions • Engage partner sales and technical teams to improve understanding of NVIDIA hardware, software, AI, accelerated computing, and datacentre solutions
• 8+ years of enterprise channel, alliance, OEM, or business development experience • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience • Success developing partner relationships, enabling sales teams, delivering channel programs, and driving measurable business growth • Expert understanding of enterprise channel dynamics, including partner business planning, enablement, pipeline development, lead cultivation, and go-to-market execution • Experience with sophisticated partner ecosystems across multiple countries or regions • Ability to build relationships with senior partner, channel, sales, marketing, and technical collaborators • Ability to identify growth opportunities and turn strategic priorities into practical execution plans • Strong communication and presentation skills for educating, influencing, and transferring knowledge across business and technical audiences • Ability to balance critical thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment • Self-motivated, collaborative, goal-oriented, energetic, and passionate about growing partner-led business • Curiosity and continuous learning mentality • Industry expertise and ability to connect customer and market needs to innovative solutions • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with a hands-on approach • Ability to act with urgency, adapt quickly, and execute effectively
