📋 Description

• Responsible for the strategic alignment and further development of partner management. • Build and maintain a strong partner network and drive joint market and customer approaches. • Plan, manage and execute partner activities such as trade shows, webinars, workshops, presentations and campaigns to increase visibility and generate leads. • Participate in Microsoft events, partner days and industry networks. • Responsible for lead generation, qualification and handover of leads to the sales team. • Conduct meetings with partners and prospects. • Ensure partners achieve required certifications. • Report relevant KPIs to Sales Management and Executive Management.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in partner management, ideally within the Microsoft ecosystem. • Deep understanding of the Microsoft partner landscape and cloud technologies. • Strong communication and networking skills, with an excellent and persuasive presence. • Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and high motivation to drive company growth. • Business-fluent German.
