📋 Description

• Manage hire vehicle performance across active off-road cases, including hire duration, costs, extensions, repair timelines, and next actions • Identify aged, high-cost, or unusual cases and reduce avoidable spend while supporting drivers • Track cost-recovery opportunities and outstanding contributions from manufacturers, dealerships, and partners • Provide administration, tracking, and follow-up for commercial recovery processes • Maintain visibility of requested, agreed, received, and outstanding amounts • Analyse operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities • Review hire costs, aged cases, recovery performance, supplier performance, process compliance, and workloads • Turn data into actionable insights • Create, maintain, and improve trackers, reports, and dashboards using Excel and Google Sheets • Ensure data accuracy and accessibility and simplify or automate manual reporting • Identify process or expectation gaps and provide constructive feedback to Vehicle Operations Specialists • Improve operational processes, controls, workflows, reporting, and technology use • Contact dealerships, manufacturers, repairers, and partners to resolve delays or blockers affecting hire duration • Support drivers throughout their vehicle off-road journey and maintain accountable partner relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Commercial awareness and understanding of how operational decisions impact cost • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data, spot trends, and identify improvement opportunities • Confidence using Excel and Google Sheets • Ability to create and maintain trackers, reports, and dashboards • Ability to identify process gaps and provide constructive feedback while holding people accountable • Ability to improve processes, controls, workflows, reporting, and automation • Confidence using technology and learning new systems • Experience with AI or automation tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Copilot advantageous • Basic understanding of automotive repair and service processes • Curiosity about using technology to improve operational performance
