📋 Description

• Partner with business leaders to develop and execute strategic and operational plans • Support annual operating plans, business reviews, and performance management processes • Establish, monitor, and report on key business metrics, KPIs, and performance dashboards • Analyse business performance and identify opportunities for growth, productivity improvement, cost optimisation, and operational effectiveness • Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and business updates • Lead process improvement and organisational effectiveness initiatives • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement sustainable solutions • Standardise business processes, governance frameworks, and best practices • Drive accountability and ensure execution against key business priorities • Lead high-impact cross-functional projects from concept through implementation • Manage timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications • Facilitate decision-making and issue resolution across diverse teams • Ensure initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes and strategic value • Analyse complex business data and provide actionable recommendations • Develop dashboards and reporting tools to support decision-making • Monitor operational performance, strategic initiatives, and business trends • Translate data into meaningful insights for senior leadership • Build relationships with leaders and teams across the organisation • Influence stakeholders and drive alignment around key priorities • Support organisational change initiatives and promote adoption of new processes • Serve as a trusted operational partner to senior leadership • Take ownership of critical business issues and drive timely resolution • Track actions, commitments, and follow-up activities to ensure accountability • Remove barriers, accelerate decision-making, and enable business effectiveness • Support strategic projects and executive initiatives as required

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in Commercial Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Project Management, or a related discipline • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data • Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and driving organisational improvements • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills • Advanced presentation, communication, and executive reporting capabilities • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, international environment • Experience supporting commercial, sales, or field-based organisations • Background in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, chemicals, water treatment, or related sectors • Experience with business intelligence tools, dashboards, and performance reporting • Project Management certification or formal continuous improvement training is advantageous • Additional European or Asian language capabilities are welcomed and will support effective collaboration across our international business operations
