• Drive adoption & engagement • Own and evolve the Group-wide platform adoption strategy across all OpCos. • Define success metrics, monitor adoption trends, and proactively address low engagement. • Build OpCo-specific success plans aligned with business goals and operational needs. • Lead QBRs, working groups, and community sessions to share best practices and drive alignment. • Build and support a network of local platform champions. • Partner with Product, Operations, and Change teams during launches and rollouts. • Define scalable ways of working • Develop and maintain shared SOPs, workflows, onboarding programs, and enablement materials. • Balance platform consistency with legitimate operational variation across OpCos. • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and shared ownership of workflows and processes. • Regularly review workflows and platform usage to identify gaps and improvement opportunities. • Drive behavioural insights & in-product guidance • Own product analytics setup, tracking frameworks, and adoption reporting. • Build dashboards and reports that create visibility into usage, engagement, and workflow behaviour. • Identify adoption risks, workflow deviations, and friction points using behavioural data. • Create and optimise in-product guidance such as walkthroughs, tooltips, and resource centres. • Use experimentation and analytics to continuously improve user engagement and platform usage. • Act as a key escalation point for platform friction and feed insights back into the product roadmap.
• Experience driving adoption, enablement, or operational excellence initiatives. • Hands-on experience with product analytics, dashboarding, or digital adoption platforms such as Pendo, Userpilot, WalkMe, or similar. • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without direct authority. • Experience creating scalable processes and ways of working across complex organisations. • Excellent communication and facilitation skills across both operational and executive audiences. • A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actions and business outcomes.
