📋 Description
• Advise enterprise customers on the design, implementation, and migration of OpenText products, including cloud implementations • Conduct detailed requirements analyses and examine business processes to identify suitable solutions • Create solution concepts and technical documentation, including infrastructure and implementation plans • Support presales, technical escalations, and customer alignments • Advise customers on best practices • Support the architecture of OpenText solutions and migration into the cloud • Collaborate with delivery, presales, and sales colleagues on end-to-end projects, including AI projects
🎯 Requirements
• Several years of professional experience in ECM systems, or ERP or CRM • Proficiency in software development, such as ABAP, .NET, or web technologies • Familiarity with IT architecture, client/server systems, cloud technologies, and databases • Knowledge of OpenText products, such as xECM and Archive Center, beneficial • Project experience within cloud environments • Knowledge in containerization
