📋 Description

• Lead implementation of new and troubleshoot existing client or partner connectivity using OFTP, X400, AS2, sFTP, and HTTPS • Oversee complex cross-platform migrations and ensure solutions are delivered on time and to required quality standards • Provide expert consulting on planning and executing partner migrations • Develop and maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction • Monitor client requests and ensure SLAs are met • Lead solution implementation projects from an enablement perspective, coordinating with Cloud Service Delivery and Customer Support • Contribute to pre-sales activities, including scoping and estimating low- to medium-complexity engagements • Identify opportunities to improve solution delivery processes

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience with communications standards such as AS2, HTTPS, sFTP, OFTP, and X400 • Ability to work independently on technical projects with minimal supervision • Expertise in managing complex projects and ensuring timely delivery • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to manage client relationships effectively • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Knowledge of EDI standards including EDIFACT, TRADACOMS, X12, VDA, and XML • Knowledge of B2B integration • Experience with OpenText products and certification in at least two products would be an asset • Strong analytical skills and ability to apply and modify complex concepts • Fluency in English required • Additional European language, such as German, is a plus
