📋 Description

• Support the implementation of sector sales strategies within the Business Development Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager teams. • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to drive high performance. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers. • Lead the development and execution of customer account plans. • Collaborate with marketing, category, and commercial teams on go-to-market activities. • Monitor sales performance and KPIs, adjusting plans as needed. • Support customer pricing strategy in collaboration with the Commercial team. • Engage with major projects and key opportunities within the sector. • Support sales forecasting and contribute to the S&OP process. • Lead the organisation's participation in forestry trade events, promoting services, developing strategic partnerships, and generating new business opportunities.

• Strong commercial awareness and business development capability. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and account plans.
