• Managing prospective franchisees throughout the sales journey—from initial enquiry through to qualification and discovery. • Engage with inbound enquiries, re-activate dormant leads, nurture qualified prospects, and confidently present franchise opportunities. • Generate own pipeline by networking within the business community, attending events, and identifying new franchise prospects. • Conduct discovery meetings and support candidates through the franchise recruitment process. • Travel with qualified candidates to visit existing franchise locations where appropriate. • Represent UFG at trade shows, franchise exhibitions, and industry events.
• Proven experience in sales is essential. • Experience in franchise development or franchising is highly advantageous. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. • Strong presentation and relationship-building skills. • Willingness to travel throughout the UK, Ireland, and occasionally internationally.
