• Build trusted partnerships with Stellantis LCV retailers across your region, providing consultancy and strategic support to improve business performance. • Deliver engaging training, coaching and enablement programmes focused on product knowledge, business to business sales and customer engagement. • Analyse retailer performance, identify development opportunities and implement tailored action plans to improve results. • Drive adoption of best practice sales techniques and consultative selling approaches across the retail network. • Act as a subject matter expert on Stellantis Light Commercial Vehicles, ensuring retailers are equipped to position products and commercial solutions effectively. • Share market insight, customer feedback and performance trends to support commercial planning and future strategy. • Conduct regular retailer visits, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities for business growth. • Deliver performance reporting and recommendations to Stellantis stakeholders, ensuring clear communication on progress and outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of the UK Light Commercial Vehicle sector and the needs of business customers. • Experience delivering consultancy, coaching, training or enablement within an automotive retail environment. • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills. • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to analyse performance data and turn insight into action. • Experience building productive relationships with retailer networks and manufacturer stakeholders. • A proactive approach with the ability to motivate, influence and develop others. • Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications. • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across England and Wales. • Desirable Experience working with Stellantis or other Light Commercial Vehicle brands. • Qualifications in coaching, training or learning and development. • Experience within a multi brand automotive retail environment.
