📋 Description

• Lead and manage volume installation/construction projects within the territory • Communicate and coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders • Ensure projects run on time and on budget by monitoring teams and/or subcontractors • Work with the project team to mitigate safety, ethics, quality, government, and legal risks • Ensure customer satisfaction, engineering support, and improved profitability • Train and monitor subcontractor safety, quality, and operations to ensure standard customer service delivery • Report to the Project Manager in the area

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with the elevator and building trades • Level 3 NVQ in Lift Installation and Commissioning or Service and Repairs is ideal but not essential • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment • Self-reliance • Strong computer and organisational skills • Business acumen • Lift industry or construction industry background would be ideal
