• Lead, mentor, and develop Clinical Service Managers • Drive strategic direction and operational excellence across multiple clinical service areas • Own OKRs related to clinical service delivery, quality, and team performance • Lead change management initiatives and support adoption of new processes, technologies, and pathways • Oversee and evolve quality assurance, safeguarding, and training frameworks • Serve as a senior escalation point for complex clinical governance issues • Develop robust risk management strategies • Analyse service data, identify trends, and implement measures to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency • Foster a high-performance culture through clear expectations and performance management • Lead complex performance discussions and support managers with underperformance and high-potential development • Cultivate an inclusive and empowering team environment • Collaborate with QA, Pathway, Product, Content, and Technology leadership teams • Represent clinical operations in senior forums and strategic discussions • Identify service enhancement opportunities and contribute to new clinical offerings or expansion • Translate business strategy and clinical priorities into actionable plans • Forecast resourcing needs and optimise caseload allocation with the Resourcing Team • Cascade updates between the Clinical Leadership Team and operational delivery teams
• Significant leadership experience in a clinical or healthcare setting • Proven track record of managing and developing other leaders or multiple teams • Experience driving significant operational improvements in healthcare • Experience implementing quality frameworks within a healthcare environment • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities • Ability to analyse complex data, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions • Exceptional communication and influencing skills • Ability to engage, motivate, and align diverse remote teams and stakeholders • In-depth understanding of healthcare KPIs and best practices in digital health delivery • Advanced skills using data dashboards for performance management and strategic decision-making • Experience in a rapidly scaling digital health organisation or an NHS service with significant transformation (desirable) • Expertise leading and embedding quality frameworks and advanced safeguarding practices (desirable) • Professional background in healthcare delivery, e.g. Dietitian, Psychologist, or Health Coach • Formal training or qualification in leadership, strategic management, or operational performance management
