📋 Description

• Report daily on liquidity, capital, interest rate risk, and asset encumbrance • Produce monthly reporting on liquidity, interest rate risk, treasury asset interest income, margin, and customer profitability • Manage cash, including inter-account transfers and payments • Monitor depositor behaviour and refine liquidity outflow assumptions • Conduct pre- and post-trade checks, settlements, and credit analysis • Maintain treasury mandates • Contribute to strategic projects, including Direct FPS and the Sterling Monetary Framework • Support the Treasurer and step in when the Treasurer is absent • Improve treasury reporting and contribute to liquidity and investment strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in a bank treasury function • Experience with liquidity and capital regulation, including CRR, Basel III, LCR, NSFR, IRRBB, ILAAP, and ICAAP • Strong, hands-on Excel skills • Dealing experience: evaluating the market, proposing trades, and executing them • Sharp attention to detail and ability to sense-check reporting output • Ability and willingness to contribute clear, readable written documentation • Background screening, including right-to-work, criminal record, credit history, social media, and professional reference checks • Legal right to work in the UK • Experience in a challenger or growth-stage bank is ideal • Data skills such as Python, SQL, or Power BI and experience using AI tools are ideal
