📋 Description

• Manage multiple lease administration client implementation and transition projects concurrently • Manage the full transition lifecycle, including discovery, data extraction, migration, abstraction, validation, process documentation, stabilization, and handover • Track project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, mitigations, actions, meetings, and deliverables • Manage client and vendor relationships, client governance programs, escalations, and issue resolution • Oversee lease abstraction, translation, quality control, data migration, data mapping, ETL, and reconciliation processes • Establish account processes, procedures, playbooks, evergreen templates, and RACI charts • Ensure accurate capture of rental obligations and lease information during onboarding • Maintain client agreements, scope, fee, billing, and payee information in WorkTrac • Lead client meetings, reviews, presentations, RFI/RFP responses, and new-business pitches • Mentor and train junior transition resources and provide lease administration systems and dashboard training • Review recovery clauses, recovery pools, recovery expenses, caps, base years, exclusions, rental payment schedules, and landlord payments • Validate Consumer Price Index adjustments and maintain tenant and lease data integrity • Manage transition financial forecasts, monthly client billing, pass-through expenses, accounts receivable tracking, and internal status reporting • Review team allocations, workloads, assignments, and alignment with contractual scope and client expectations • Develop roadmaps and lead initiatives focused on best practices, case studies, AI, technology, and global centers of excellence • Conduct post-transition lessons learned and implement process improvements • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or a similar field preferred • At least 10 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration, accounting, and/or property management • Experience in the Landlord and/or Tenant sector • Intermediate to expert experience with commercial real estate database applications such as CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Virtual Lease, or other portfolio management systems • Documented success working on multi-line global accounts with 1,000+ leases and global account management structures • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OneNote • Thorough knowledge of FASB/IFRS accounting rules and general accounting principles preferred • Successful track record of working independently, preferably remotely • Strong time management skills • Comfortable managing teams and familiar with accepted hiring and employment practices • Ability to create, edit, and run reports in Lease Administration databases • Ability to interpret complex commercial lease language • General understanding of AI technology and openness to adapting to technological evolution • Working knowledge of Colliers360, dashboards, and WorkTrac • Ability to review recovery clauses, establish recovery pools, calculate tenant recovery expenses, and review caps, base years, and exclusions • Ability to review and approve rent, CAM, operating expense, tax, and insurance payments • Ability to review and validate Consumer Price Index adjustments • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • Employer will not sponsor applicants for work visas
