📋 Description

• Own a book of client companies from onboarding through close • Run the weekly client rhythm, maintain momentum, and manage client relationships • Prepare founders for important investor meetings • Debrief investor meetings, capture feedback, and deliver it honestly • Apply personal investor relationships to portfolio companies • Match companies with appropriate allocators at the right time • Maintain raise readiness across narrative, materials, and data room • Earn client renewals through ownership and effective delivery • Report directly to both co-founders • Manage schedules overlapping with US Eastern time, with company meetings batched on Mondays and Thursdays

🎯 Requirements

• 5 or more years across capital markets, private placements, brokerage, or investment management • Direct work on private financings • Current relationships with family offices, HNW investors, or institutional allocators • Personal experience carrying companies or clients through a financing • Fluency in deal mechanics, including terms, structures, diligence, and investor requirements • Ability to deliver hard news directly and early and remain steady under pressure • Strong discretion and confidentiality regarding financials, cap tables, terms, and names
