📋 Description

• Bring new opportunities into Pairs, including companies raising Series A and later, with sufficient context for diligence • Grow the network of family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and angel investors • Match opportunities with relevant investor interests • Keep founder and investor relationships current and qualified • Open new founder and investor relationships every month • Work directly with the two co-founders and the investor team • Judge which opportunities deserve the network's attention

🎯 Requirements

• Have an active network of founders you can bring to the table yourself, and direct investor relationships you built personally • Have brought at least one company or investor into a private round, and can walk us through how it happened • Understand what makes a company worth an investor's time: stage, traction, round structure, and the reasons investors pass • Treat discretion as second nature • Use AI tools daily, with clear judgement about where they improve your work and where they would compromise its quality • Companies brought to Pairs should be raising Series A or later
