• Contribute to clinical research activities, taking responsibility for deliverables and working collaboratively • Build and maintain strong relationships with principal investigators, site coordinators, and research staff at clinical trial sites • Provide support and guidance to site staff on study protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements • Identify opportunities to improve site engagement and optimize site performance through regular communication and feedback • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement site engagement strategies tailored to each study and site • Monitor site performance metrics and provide regular updates to study teams on site engagement activities and outcomes
• Must be based in the UK • Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field • Previous experience working as a CRA, 5+ years' required • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements for clinical trials • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 60%) • Employment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based • Ideal candidate: Lead CRA with 10+ years of monitoring experience and good understanding of the regulatory and site contract process in UK
