📋 Description

• Deliver excellent frontline housing management services to customers • Manage complex customer enquiries and provide clear solutions and next steps • Support customers experiencing safeguarding concerns, domestic abuse, financial hardship and other complex needs • Build trust and confidence through compassionate and effective communication • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to achieve positive outcomes • Promote and support digital services and innovative solutions • Use customer feedback, data and insights to identify service improvement opportunities • Take ownership of customer journeys and ensure customers feel listened to, respected and valued • Manage a varied caseload and build relationships with customers, colleagues and external partners • Contribute to Stonewater’s Customer Promise and continuous service improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing role • Experience managing safeguarding concerns and supporting vulnerable customers • Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills • Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and partners • Experience working with digital systems and embracing new ways of working • Commitment to continuous improvement, innovation and delivering value for money • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to find solutions beyond established processes • Satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service Check, if applicable • Satisfactory references • Valid Right to Work document • Specific qualifications, skills, knowledge and behaviours may be required to meet the Competence and Conduct Standard for Social Housing • If not already qualified, may be expected to study towards a professional qualification
