📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Biffa’s Accelerate career development programmes • Design and facilitate workshops, learning events, action learning activities and other development interventions • Partner with business leaders and People teams on talent needs, talent reviews, succession planning and high-potential talent pipelines • Advise on talent development, learning interventions and career pathways • Translate business priorities into practical solutions that improve individual and organisational performance • Manage programme logistics, communications, learner engagement and stakeholder involvement • Design learner-centred solutions using facilitated learning, digital learning, social learning, coaching and experiential development • Measure participation, engagement, knowledge transfer and business impact • Use data and learner feedback to evaluate effectiveness and drive continuous improvement • Build relationships across Biffa and with internal and external partners

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a Talent, Learning & Development, Organisational Development or similar role • Proven track record of delivering effective people development initiatives • Experience designing, delivering and evaluating learning and development solutions • Ideally, experience owning development programmes from concept through evaluation • Strong understanding of learning design, talent management, succession planning and career development practices • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills • Ability to build credible relationships with managers and leaders at all levels • Strong facilitation, presentation and communication skills • Confidence engaging and inspiring diverse audiences • Creative, learner-focused and continuous improvement mindset • Strong organisation and attention to detail • Ability to use data and insight to demonstrate impact
