📋 Description

• Lead structured onboarding, enablement and in-country Software User Training with implementing partners using standard learning assets • Deliver demonstrations and facilitative hands-on sessions where they add value beyond self-serve learning • Support field monitoring visits and facilitate software release alignment with partners • Stay current with internal software knowledge as the product evolves • Train new Peek staff on Peek Capture and Admin • Coach and develop core teams, Trainer of Trainers lead trainers, Partner-as-Trainer representatives and Training Consultants • Quality-assure training models and cascade delivery using on-the-ground observation and remote monitoring • Coach and provide feedback where quality falls short, confirming improvement through data-informed decision-making • Reinforce screening and referral protocols and govern quality of practice through remote monitoring • Feed quality-assurance findings and trends into quarterly reporting • Attend programme design workshops and lead configuration with Programme Management Leads and partners • Translate programme designs into accurate configurations and support clean data reporting • Challenge requests that compromise data integrity and find compliant alternatives • Validate and test workflows with programme managers, IT leads and partner stakeholders before training • Own software adoption and behaviour-change outcomes, monitoring usage, engagement and outcome data • Report programme-level outcomes against OKRs and intervene through coaching, corrective input, protocol reinforcement, configuration review or escalation • Review training materials for accuracy and field deliverability and gather partner feedback • Own and triage partner queries, tickets, bugs and enhancement requests; resolve first-line support issues within SLAs • Escalate issues to Application Support and Product Development with reproduction detail, impact and urgency • Plan and manage multiple country programmes and internal projects in parallel • Maintain enablement plans, timelines, dependencies, time spent and ownership using Monday.com • Keep internal and external meeting notes current and transparent • Prioritise against OKRs, deliver to timelines and flag risks and dependencies • Support colleagues through knowledge sharing, work cover and peer reviews • Represent Peek at industry events and support clear messaging and branding

🎯 Requirements

• A teaching or training qualification • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a teacher, trainer or facilitator • Demonstrable experience training teams remotely in low-middle income countries (LMICs) • Strong understanding of software products, software configuration and customer adoption • Demonstrable experience managing customers or partner relationships and driving programmes to better outcomes • Strong coaching and facilitation skills • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and adapt to varying literacy, digital literacy, English proficiency and cultural context • Confidence with data, tracking engagement and outcomes, reaching sound conclusions and translating them into interventions • Excellent time and programme management skills • High personal ownership and accountability; self-directed and reliable in a self-managed environment • Collaborative, team-first approach • Comfortable with change and a scalability mindset • Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% per annum • Must be at least 18 years old
