📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the company’s overall cybersecurity posture and security strategies • Lead vulnerability management, including identification, analysis, and remediation of security risks • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies • Implement cybersecurity policies and ensure compliance with GDPR, PCI-DSS, SOC2, and other relevant standards • Design and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans • Evaluate and manage cybersecurity insurance coverage • Manage backups for application code, databases, and cloud storage, including restore simulations • Implement workstation security measures, including SentinelOne XDR or similar tools and hard disk encryption • Establish an asset inventory system for company hardware and software and enforce organizational policies • Conduct weekly security reviews to monitor and identify suspicious indicators • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed security protocols across company systems • Manage third-party vendor relationships and assess their cybersecurity practices

🎯 Requirements

• Proactive approach to security, with a strong sense of ownership and initiative • Innovative problem-solving mindset • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams • Detail-oriented, with the ability to identify vulnerabilities and manage risks effectively • Prior experience in the FinTech industry or with security regulations specific to financial services is a plus • Experience with SentinelOne XDR or similar endpoint detection and response tools • Knowledge of hard disk encryption • Knowledge of GDPR, PCI-DSS, SOC2, and other relevant standards • Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning • Experience managing backups and restore simulations • Experience with cybersecurity insurance coverage • Experience with asset inventory systems and third-party vendor cybersecurity management
