📋 Description

• lead a team of consultants delivering open source database solutions • oversee delivery process and ensure SOW accuracy • create and implement standardized processes and best practices • serve as escalation point for customer issues • help Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams land new business • monitor and report on team metrics and KPIs

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years leading remote consulting teams • strong relationships with customers and other leaders • established track record of driving change and attracting, motivating, coaching, and retaining top talent • ability to manage globally distributed teams • strong business acumen • adept at resolving customer escalations • excellent written and verbal communication skills
