📋 Description

• Develop and deliver collaborative working projects with NHS organisations • Build trusted relationships with NHS stakeholders • Translate locally identified unmet need or service inefficiencies into well-governed partnership projects • Identify and scope opportunities for collaborative programmes with the NHS • Work with cross-functional teams and NHS stakeholders to identify service barriers, unmet need and pathway inefficiencies • Consider digital and AI solutions to support pathway transformation • Define measurable outcomes, replication and scaling processes, and long-term sustainability plans • Develop Project Initiation Documents defining objectives, scope, resources, governance, measures, timelines and exit strategies • Lead internal medical, legal and compliance reviews and identify Executive Sponsors • Draft and negotiate Collaborative Working Agreements with NHS legal entities • Arrange document certification and publish certified executive summaries • Lead project delivery and chair or co-chair project boards or governance groups • Coordinate internal contributors and third-party delivery partners • Monitor milestones and outcome measures; manage risks, variations and disputes • Support transition of funded NHS roles or service changes toward sustainable local funding • Ensure activities remain non-promotional and compliant with the ABPI Code and national guidance • Maintain documentation for audits and ensure no access to individual patient data • Ensure accurate transfer-of-value data for annual Disclosure UK reporting • Publish final outcomes reports at project close • Manage projects within allocated budgets and support successful scaling to other areas

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in account management, healthcare partnerships or market access roles • Strong understanding of NHS structures, commissioning, and funding flows in England and equivalent structures in Devolved Nations • Excellent project management skills, including experience developing project initiation documents, business cases and outcome frameworks or similar • Experience in pathway/service redesign and change management support • Ability to build trusted, senior-level relationships with NHS executives and clinical leaders • Sound commercial and analytical judgement • Good working knowledge of the ABPI Code of Practice, especially in relation to Collaborative Working and Disclosure UK requirements • Ability to translate local health system / NHS plan priorities into aligned, therapeutic-area solutions that overcome challenges and optimise patient care • Experience in local data analysis and clinical audit support (building the case for change) • Experience in service evaluation measurement and health economics (demonstrating system benefits) • Experience supporting implementation of technology and AI solutions in the NHS to improve care pathways • Experience managing multi-partner projects involving third-party delivery organisations • Acts with integrity • Comfortable operating within a highly governed, audited environment, with strong attention to documentation and process • Skilled at translating a clinical or operational problem into a structured, fundable project proposal • Collaborative and consultative, able to influence without direct authority across both NHS and internal company stakeholders • Resilient in managing projects that may run over 12-24 months • Excellent communicator, strategic thinker, proactive leader and change agile
