• Systematic positioning of the General Care portfolio (devices, software, solutions and services) with customers in the DACH region in close cooperation with (Strategic and Key) Account Managers • Acting as a product expert throughout the entire sales process by providing clinical, technical and commercial product knowledge • Creating needs-based product and service configurations, including quotation, upgrade and pricing models, and expanding follow-on business with existing customers • Conducting proposal presentations, product demonstrations and negotiations, as well as trainings for customers, at congresses and internal events • Developing and implementing aligned sales and positioning strategies, including needs analyses, forecasts and target achievement (order intake, revenue, price realization) • Continuous market and competitor monitoring and structured feedback to Marketing, Sales and Commercial Policy • Close collaboration with Customer Service and internal stakeholders to continuously improve processes and customer satisfaction
• Completed degree (e.g., Medical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Natural Sciences or Computer Science) or a comparable clinical qualification with relevant further training • Several years of professional experience in sales of medical systems, solutions, services or consulting in the healthcare environment • Very good knowledge of healthcare processes, ideally in the area of general wards and General Care • Good medical and technical understanding and an affinity for IT, software and eHealth topics • Confident presence, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a high degree of customer orientation • Independent, structured way of working, high initiative and willingness to travel • Very good German and English language skills and confident use of MS Office and modern IT tools
