• Managing clients in the Corporate, MICE and Leisure segments • Actively acquiring new business clients and identifying sales opportunities in lodging and events • Preparing corporate contracts • Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships • Conducting corporate and client visits, including property tours • Analyzing the location and continuously monitoring market developments • Developing and implementing efficient, creative sales and marketing strategies • Creating action plans, analyses and reports • Maintaining brand-relevant RFP tools and sales systems
• Several years of experience in the hotel industry, ideally in sales/B2B • Strong client network and market knowledge • Business-fluent German and English • Strong decision-making and negotiation skills; confident professional demeanor • Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style • Willingness to travel within the sales territory • A strong sense of hospitality
