• Customer Acquisition & Consulting: You acquire new customers from the healthcare sector and demonstrate how our software solution can be efficiently integrated into existing IT infrastructures • Key Account Management: You manage strategically important existing customers, identify cross- and upselling opportunities, and conduct negotiations through to contract conclusion • Proposal & Solution Development: Together with the sales and product teams, you develop tailored proposals that are both professionally and technically convincing • Networking & Market Presence: You leverage any existing network in the healthcare sector, attend industry events, and represent our company professionally externally • Field Sales: You regularly visit customers on-site and know how to build and maintain trusting relationships with decision-makers over the long term
• You have initial experience selling software solutions or services in the healthcare sector • Whether you completed vocational training or a university degree, practical experience matters most to us • You have an affinity for IT and are familiar with common interface standards used in healthcare • You enjoy working in field sales, are outgoing, persuasive and strong in closing deals • You remain calm, structured and solution-oriented even in demanding situations • You communicate eloquently, confidently and in a target-group oriented way in German, from IT managers to executive leadership
