• Identify and secure revenue in support of Plexus growth goals • Develop plans to sell solutions based on SRV insights • Prospect and cold-call select targets to find profitable business opportunities • Maintain understanding of current and potential customers • Partner with engineering and manufacturing teams to translate customer needs into solutions • Develop relationships with external customers and internal stakeholders
• Proven track record in Business Development within the EMS and Aftermarket Services sectors • Experience in a "hunter" type role with the ability to "kick down doors" and open new market opportunities • Ability to rapidly accelerate market progress with the right skill set and industry contacts
