📋 Description

• Lead the South East area of circa 25 dental practices • Deliver sustainable business growth across the area • Ensure the highest standards of patient care • Account for the area's financial performance • Maximise revenue and EBITDA through strong operational execution, effective leadership, and rigorous cost control • Lead and develop Practice Managers and their teams • Work in partnership with Clinical leaders and regionally aligned colleagues • Drive performance across all practices • Ensure exceptional patient outcomes and outstanding patient experiences • Promote high colleague engagement and operational excellence • Achieve financial and strategic objectives • Monitor EBITDA, revenue, practice-related KPIs, colleague engagement, and compliance and regulatory requirements • Travel regularly to practices across the South East

🎯 Requirements

• Multi-site leadership experience in a customer-facing, commercial environment • Strong P&L management background • Ability to understand and interpret data, using it to make decisions and drive results • Team leadership experience, including motivating and inspiring remote teams • Collaborative working with business partners • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve issues effectively • Confidence and gravitas to lead, influence and engage with stakeholders • Adaptable and flexible, managing changing priorities with ease
