📋 Description

• Lead sales activity for new business development and important accounts • Manage all PPG TESLIN® sales within assigned UK & Ireland, Central and Eastern Europe territories • Find new customers and expand existing accounts • Guide negotiations and manage yearly revenue • Develop targeted account plans and pricing strategies • Cultivate partnerships with customers, distributors, and company partners • Monitor competitors and showcase innovations • Represent PPG at industry events • Provide accurate sales forecasts • Support and mentor new team members • Report to the Sales Director as an individual contributor

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field • 10+ years in commercial product sales • Product/technical sales background • Complex deal negotiation experience • Strategic account management experience • Ability to manage sales within assigned UK & Ireland, Central and Eastern Europe territories • Ability to travel in the region, mainly UK&I and Europe
